1Using MyVitality

MyVitality is for Vitality Members, their parents/guardians, applicants, recommenders, Coaches, and the National Team. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice.

2Accounts

• Sign in only as yourself. Never share a sign-in link.
• Members sign in only with their research address, as the Handbook requires.
• Tell your Coach right away if you think someone else has used your account.

3Conduct

Everything in MyVitality falls under the Honor Code and the Handbook. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, anything harmful, or anyone else's private information. Do not try to reach records you are not meant to see.

4Your Work

Members own what they write and make. By submitting work in MyVitality, you let Vitality store it and show it to the people who review it, such as Coaches and peer reviewers. A paper is published on the Vitality Research page only after every author agrees.

5Records and Letters

Verified records, letters and certificates reflect MyVitality's records on the day they are issued. Anyone may check a verification code on MyVitality. Vitality may revoke a document issued in error.

6Dues and Payments

Dues are set by each program each year. Financial aid is available by request and is decided confidentially by the program's Coaches.

7Ending Access

Access ends when membership ends, except for alumni and Lifetime Members. Vitality may suspend access to protect Members or MyVitality.

8No Warranty

We work hard to keep MyVitality available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and Vitality is not liable for indirect losses from its use.
